How to setup email integration using GSuite (Gmail)

Yappy can tie every inbound/outboudn email send between a CRM contact and your orgnization in the interface. To enable this, you will need to forward a copy of every email to Yappy.

  1. Navigate to
  2. Click on the Apps icon 
  3. Click on GSuite 
  4. Click on Gmail 
  5. Click on advanced at the bottom of the page: 
  6. Hover on Receiving routing and click on the Configure button 
  7. In the popup, add a unique name for the routing rule such as “Forward for Yappy” and click the Inbound checkmark 
  8. In the popup, check the Add more recipients checkbox and add your unique inbox provided in Yappy 
  9. Repeat steps 6-8 for the outbound emails
