To run intelligence and processing on your existing clients you produce an export of all orders in your shopify store and provide them to the Yappy team via a shared cloud drive. There is a small on-boarding fee to run intelligence against these users. Once completed user profiles will be fully filled out and more sales opportunities will begin to appear in the system.
